Christopher Mudiappahpillai is a seasoned technologist and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of digital innovation and organizational leadership.

He currently serves as Executive Director at Knox Presbyterian Church in Toronto, where he oversees strategy, finance, facilities, and people operations.

Christopher studied Philosophy and Architecture at the University of Toronto. He lives in Harbord Village with his wife, their two children, and a cat named Alpha.

Christopher Mudiappahpillai is a seasoned technologist and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of digital innovation and organizational leadership.

He currently serves as Executive Director at Knox Presbyterian Church in Toronto, where he oversees strategy, finance, facilities, and people operations.

Prior to joining Knox, Christopher was a Director at Deloitte Canada, leading the design of new sales and staffing operations models, hybrid workplace strategies, and post-acquisition integration. At The Working Group (TWG), he last served as VP of Operations, scaling the organization from a 20-person studio to a 150-person digital product leader that was acquired by Deloitte.

Christopher’s work reflects a deep commitment to building organizations that are both efficient and humane – places where people can thrive as they create meaningful impact. His expertise spans digital transformation, future-of-work, people and demand management, continuous improvement, space planning and expansion, and programme management.

Christopher studied Philosophy and Architecture at the University of Toronto. He lives in Harbord Village with his wife, their two children, and a cat named Alpha. He wears jeans and a white shirt to work everyday.
